Surch Recruitment is looking to add to its top-tier, talented team of industry professionals. We are a Specialized and Targeted Sales Recruitment Firm with clients ranging from Fortune 500 firms to successful private companies. Responsibilities:

• Proactive solicitation and retention of Hiring Engagements through effective, concentrated and ethical sales and marketing practices.
• The continual development of a qualified Candidate Network at both Operational and Executive levels.
• Championing all divisions under the Surch brand through effective cross-leveraging and resourcing.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10+ years of direct Business to Business Sales experience combined with;
• Minimum 2+ years direct Agency based, full cycle Recruitment experience, preferably in the area of Sales & Marketing Recruitment.
